Pressing beam for a dim saw, pneumatic pressure

Technical specification:
construction of the frame made from a cold formed profile with a thick wall, which provides firmness of the whole construction of the beam.
The beam consists of two pressure segments:
– (Section 1): short pressing area, two actuators working.
– (Section 2): full pressing area, 5 actuators working.

Areas have two switches. The first switch is located between sections, it starts section 1. The second is placed at the end of the beam and starts both sections simultaneously (section 1 + section 2).

– Total beam length – 3,200 mm.
– Maximum height of the element – 90 mm.

The whole machine is made of the highest-quality materials.
The pressing plate made from a steel profile is secured with a rubber strap, it does not scratch the boards.
Pneumatic pressure allows accurate cut of large formats, it does not dent the laminate.
